Because biogas control systems need data

Analytics in Our In-House Laboratory

As part of its comprehensive biogas process optimization, the SaM-Power Group also offers a full range of analytical services. While certified contract laboratories handle simple, standardized analyses and analysis packages, more complex tests are conducted at the group’s in-house company, A1 Analytik GmbH. EXPRESS analyses and urgent emergency analyses are also performed here.

Why Analytics Is Essential in the Biogas Process

A biogas plant is highly sensitive. Even the slightest changes in the substrate, trace elements, or pH can have a massive impact on performance and gas production.

Anyone who operates the plant based solely on “gut feeling” risks:

  • inefficient operation of the biogas plant
  • unstable processes
  • Acidity spikes
  • foaming
  • loss of methane potential
  • Costly corrective measures

Analytics makes the invisible visible.
So you can take action before a fire breaks out.
